Welcome to the VPNVH cross-border network service. By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using a related client, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the service. VPNVH may update its pages, clients, and route arrangements as the business develops, while continuing to manage the service relationship under these terms and applicable law.
1. Service Content and Scope
VPNVH provides network acceleration, international routes, and related account management features, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes. Specific available routes may vary by region, network conditions, device system, and maintenance schedules. Subscriptions include monthly plans and data packages: monthly plans reset their allocated data each month from the activation date; data packages remain valid until the data is used and never expire. 2. Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. The registrant must protect their account credentials. If use occurs because credentials were mishandled, voluntarily disclosed, or a device was lost, the account holder should promptly address the matter through the user panel. VPNVH allows the same account to be used on an unlimited number of devices, but this permission is for devices managed by the account holder and does not allow the account to be resold, rented, lent, or shared with others.
Subscription benefits are limited to the corresponding account and may not be divided, transferred, or commercially distributed in any form. Users must use the service according to the data and validity rules of their selected plan and must not use abnormal methods that affect routes, clients, account systems, or other users’ normal access.
3. Lawful Use Requirements
When using VPNVH, users must comply with the laws and regulations, platform rules, and third-party service terms applicable in their location and in the location where the accessed service operates. The service must not be used for criminal or unlawful activity, infringement of intellectual property or privacy, distribution of malicious programs, network attacks, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, or other activities that harm the public interest, third-party rights, or network stability.
Based on security risks or judicial or regulatory requirements, VPNVH may restrict connections, suspend service, retain relevant records, or terminate accounts suspected of violating these terms. Users may not use multiple accounts to evade such measures.
4. Service Availability and Liability
The network acceleration service depends on local networks, carrier routes, international network conditions, target websites, and third-party platforms. VPNVH may maintain routes, adjust nodes, and update clients based on operating conditions. Some routes may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. For disruptions caused by network outages, equipment failures, third-party service changes, natural disasters, public communications failures, or other causes beyond VPNVH’s reasonable control, VPNVH will provide troubleshooting and recovery support where feasible.
Users are responsible for confirming the availability and conditions of target websites, applications, and content in their location. VPNVH does not guarantee that every website, application, regional content, or specific network environment will always be available, nor is it liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on the service. Users are responsible for consequences resulting from violations of laws, regulations, or third-party rules.
5. Refunds, Termination, and Changes to These Terms
A full refund without reason may be requested within 14 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel. VPNVH will review the request and return the payment through the original payment method according to the order, account status, and payment provider’s processing rules. Data usage, order status, and payment processing times may affect when the refund is completed. The user panel and relevant payment provider rules will apply.
Users may stop using the service. If an account violates these terms, harms the system or others’ rights, involves payment fraud, or resells or shares a subscription, VPNVH may suspend or terminate the account and any unused benefits. When these terms undergo important changes, VPNVH will publish the updates on the website, user panel, or relevant service pages. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revisions, stop using the service and handle any outstanding matters according to applicable rules.
