Create access

Create a VPNVH account

Start by opening the VPNVH account creation page and select the account option after entering the user panel. The page asks you to set a username and password; follow the field prompts to complete the form. VPNVH does not require an email address. Before submitting, make sure you have noted the password and check that the page is still in account creation mode. After you submit, the page will move to the login or account overview area. If your browser does not redirect automatically, use the login link provided on the page to enter again.

After creating the account, confirm that your username appears correctly in the panel before choosing a plan. The account is the entry point for reviewing orders, getting your subscription, and managing device configurations. Saving your login details in a regular browser or password manager can make future access easier. If the page asks you to change a field, adjust each item as instructed instead of refreshing repeatedly, which could clear information that has not yet been submitted.

Choose a plan and place your order

Open the plans section after entering the user panel. Monthly subscriptions reset their data allowance each month on the activation date. The available options are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. If you prefer a one-time purchase that lasts until the data is used, you can also review the data packages. They are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; the data remains available until used and never expires.

Consider your usage pattern first, then compare the data allowance. For everyday browsing, occasional access, or a smaller number of devices, you can start with a lower monthly allowance. If you use network services consistently or want to avoid planning around monthly resets, compare higher-tier monthly subscriptions with data packages. All plans support unlimited devices. Before placing an order, check the current account, plan name, and amount shown on the page.

Once you have chosen an option, click its Start Using entry to open the order page. Complete payment as shown in the panel; Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. After the order status updates, return to the overview instead of closing the entire page immediately after payment. If the status does not change at first, wait for the page to refresh, then confirm the result in your order history.

Prepare your client details

Get the subscription URL from the user panel

After the plan becomes active, open the overview section of the user panel and find the subscription details or subscription access option. The panel generates a subscription URL based on your current account status. Click Copy and temporarily store the URL on your clipboard. Clients on each platform use this URL to sync route configurations, so get the latest version from the user panel rather than treating the order page address as the subscription URL.

For format reference, a documentation example might look like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This is only a sample value and cannot be pasted into a client. The real subscription URL is available only in the user panel after login; do not share it in chat groups, screenshots, or public documents. If your browser asks for clipboard permission after copying, allow the copy this time.

If the subscription option is not visible on the overview page, first confirm that the order is active and reload the account information. If it still does not appear, visit the Help Center and troubleshoot under the account and subscription categories. This guide does not cover order statuses, browser cache issues, or complex client compatibility problems, keeping the first-time setup path focused.

Import on Windows or macOS

Windows and macOS follow the same basic process. Prepare a desktop client that supports remote subscriptions or configuration imports. Open it, sign in if required or enter the main interface, then look for Subscription Management, Configuration Management, Remote Configuration, or a similarly named option. Menu labels vary between clients and may appear in the sidebar, a top configuration menu, or the account profile area.

In subscription management, choose Add Subscription and paste the URL copied from the user panel into the URL field. Before saving, check that there are no extra spaces at either end of the address, then select Save, Add, or Confirm. Return to the subscription list, select the new item, and update it. Once the update finishes, the configuration list will show the routes provided by VPNVH.

Open the route or server list, choose a clearly named route in a region close to your target service, and turn on the connection. The first time you connect, Windows may show a system network permission prompt, while macOS may ask you to allow a network extension or related system permission. Follow the system prompt and select Allow, then return to the client and confirm that the status has changed from Not Connected to Connected. If no routes appear, update the subscription again instead of pasting the same URL repeatedly to create duplicate entries.

Import a subscription on Android

Open a client with subscription management on your Android device. On first launch, complete the client’s basic setup, then look for Subscription Management, Configuration Management, or Remote Subscription from the main screen. Some clients place this option in the top-right menu, while others put it on the configuration tab in the bottom navigation. The labels vary, but the goal is the same: add a remote configuration source.

Tap Add, paste the subscription URL copied from the user panel into the URL field, give it an easy-to-recognize name, and save it. Return to the subscription list and tap Update or Refresh so the client can read the route configuration from the URL. Keep the network connection active during the update. When it finishes, open the configuration list, select the item you just updated, and enable it.

Open the route list, choose the target region, and turn on the connection. When Android establishes a connection for the first time, it usually shows a system authorization prompt. This is the system confirmation step for a VPN connection; read the prompt and follow the instructions. Once a connection indicator appears in the status bar or the client shows Connected, continue to verification. If the update fails, first check that the URL is complete, then confirm that the client still has a valid post-login configuration.

Import a subscription on iOS

Open a client that supports remote subscriptions on your iOS device, then enter the subscriptions, configurations, or remote files page. iOS clients often place the Add option behind a plus icon in the top-right corner, an Edit button, or at the bottom of the configuration list. If the home screen shows only a connection switch, enter configuration management first and look for the remote subscription feature.

Choose Add Remote Subscription and paste the URL copied from the user panel into the subscription URL field. Make sure the address has not been split by a line break or truncated by the system, then save it and return to the subscription list to update. After the update, open the configuration details and check that the route list has loaded before selecting a route. If the client asks you to name the configuration, use its region or purpose so different configurations are easier to distinguish later.

After you turn on the connection, iOS may show a system confirmation window or ask you to allow the VPN configuration. Follow the system prompt, complete the confirmation, and return to the client to check the connection status. If the system shows a connection but the in-app list has not refreshed, turn the connection off, reopen the client, and check the configuration status. For system permissions, App Store versions, or client-specific errors, visit the Help Center and open the relevant category.

Complete the setup

Connect and verify that it works

After the client shows Connected, do not judge the result only by the switch color. Open a website or online tool you normally use outside your region and check whether it loads normally. Then switch to another browser tab and confirm that the connection remains stable for a short time. If the target service requires login, sign in with your regular account; a failed service login does not by itself indicate a route configuration problem.

You can also use the VPNVH network test page to check your current network status. During verification, focus on whether the page opens, requests continue to complete, and the client still shows Connected. If a route in one region performs poorly, disconnect first, return to the route list, choose another region, and reconnect. Reload the target page after switching routes and review the result using the same method.

If none of the routes connects, check the following in order: whether the plan is active, whether the subscription was just updated, whether the client selected the correct configuration, and whether the required system permission was allowed. If any one of these steps is incomplete, the client may look configured while no connection is actually established. For account, payment, or subscription access issues, visit the Help Center. To learn about protocol selection and the differences between direct and relayed routes, read the Technical Reference.

Next step

Start by verifying one route

After completing the initial setup, compare regions and route types gradually based on how you use the service. Return to the plans page for plan details, or visit the Help Center when you need help with your account.
