CRD-01
Accounts & subscriptions
Get subscription management in order
What do I need to prepare to create a VPNVH account?
No email address is required to create a VPNVH account—just choose a username and password. After signing in, open the user panel and select a monthly subscription or data package as needed. Keep your username and password safe; you’ll need them to sign in, get a client and manage your subscription.
What monthly subscription plans are available, and when does data reset?
There are three monthly plans: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Check the user panel for the current plan status and available data.
What’s the difference between a data package and a monthly subscription?
Data packages are used from a fixed total until exhausted and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Monthly subscriptions reset their included data each month on the activation date. Compare data packages if you want to keep unused data long term; choose a monthly subscription for month-to-month use.
Do I need to buy again after switching devices?
No. You don’t need to purchase again when changing devices. VPNVH supports unlimited devices; sign in to the same user panel to get a client for a supported platform and import your current subscription. When switching, stop the connection on the old device first, then sign in, import the subscription and test connectivity on the new device.
Where can I find my subscription link?
Sign in to the VPNVH user panel and look in the download or account overview area for subscription details. Marketing pages do not publish static subscription addresses, helping keep account information off public pages. After copying the details, import them through your client’s subscription manager and update the route list once the import is complete.

Connections & issues
Start troubleshooting with the client status
How often should I update the subscription link?
Update the subscription in the client when it reports changed subscription content, the route list is missing new routes, or existing routes no longer connect. Updating does not change the data rules of your purchased plan. If the issue persists, check the subscription status in the user panel and copy the subscription details from the panel again.
Which operating systems and client platforms are supported?
VPNVH supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Sign in to the user panel to access the client entry point and subscription details for your platform. Import button names may vary by client, but the process is generally the same: sign in to the panel, get the subscription, import it into the client, update routes and test the connection.
Why can’t a particular app use the proxy?
Common causes include the client not actually establishing a connection, the app using its own network settings, missing system permissions, or a route that does not match the target service’s regional requirements. Open a browser to confirm basic connectivity, check the client’s global or per-app routing settings, then switch to another route in the same region and test again.
The client says it’s connected, but websites still won’t open. What should I do?
Disconnect and reconnect the current route, then close and reopen the browser or target app. If the issue continues, check the system time, client permissions and routing rules; you can also compare with a route in another region. If only one website is affected, note the website, client, operating system and route name before submitting a ticket so the scope can be identified.
What troubleshooting order should I follow when a connection fails?
Follow these four steps: check the plan or data status in the user panel; confirm the client has system network permission; switch to another route in the same region; disable other proxies or routing tools and reconnect. If no region connects, record the time, operating system, client and error message before submitting a ticket.
CRD-03
Speed & routes
Choose routes by use case
Why does the connection slow down or become unstable during peak hours?
During peak hours, congestion can occur anywhere between the local network, the international gateway and the target service, causing slow loading, video buffering or dropped long-lived connections. Try another route in the same region first, then a region closer to the target service. For meetings and remote work, prioritize packet loss and stability rather than momentary speed.
How do I choose the right route?
Choose a region based on the target service, then select a route type for your use case and fine-tune it according to current network conditions. For video and content services, start with regional compatibility; for meetings and remote work, prioritize connection stability. AI tools require attention to both region and long-lived connection performance. If problems persist, don’t keep refreshing the same route.
Which countries and routes does VPNVH cover?
VPNVH covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with options organized by region and use case. The server page lists regions, cities, route types and streaming support. Route compatibility can change with the target service and local network; the categories are for reference and do not mean every service performs the same way at all times.
How should I choose routes for video meetings and AI tools?
Video meetings depend more on connection stability and packet loss, so prioritize a region relatively close to your work area with reliable performance. AI tools may also depend on the service’s region and long-lived connection performance. Identify the target service first, then compare different routes in the same region and keep the more stable option.
What information matters most on the server page?
Check the country and city first, then review the route type and streaming support. The country determines the exit region, the city narrows the options, and the route type provides a reference for stability and path selection. If you only need one service, match its region first; for ongoing meetings or remote work, put stability first.
Route tipRoutes in the same region can still perform differently as local networks and target services change. If playback stutters, switch routes before assessing the plan or client.

Billing & refunds
Confirm the order before paying
Which payment methods does VPNVH support?
VPNVH supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Use the checkout page in the user panel for the available payment entry point. After payment, return to the order or account area to confirm the plan status. If payment is complete but the plan has not synced, keep the order details and submit a ticket—do not create another order.
How do I request a refund?
VPNVH offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with your order details and refund request so the account and order status can be checked. Keep the ticket information complete; refund progress is based on the status shown in the user panel and by the original payment channel.
How are the price and data calculated when I upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle?
Monthly subscriptions can be upgraded mid-cycle, with the price difference prorated by the remaining days. The plans include 60GB, 250GB and 500GB per month, resetting monthly on the activation date. Before upgrading, review the current and target plans in the user panel and continue only after confirming the prorated amount shown there.
Do unused data packages expire?
Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Available options are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Their reset rules differ from monthly subscriptions: data packages draw down from the remaining total, while monthly subscriptions reset each month on the activation date. Choose based on how long you expect to use the data.
What should I do if the plan status is missing after payment?
Refresh the user panel and check the order history first, making sure you’re signed in to the account used for payment. If the order shows as completed but the plan has not updated, record the order details, payment method and page message, then submit a ticket. Do not pay again or create another order while it is being handled.
